Port Monitor says "MODEM RESET"

  • I've been using Tobit Faxware for many months now but recently it has taken to locking up. The port monitor reports a status "MODEM RESET" or "INITIALISE INTERFACE" and the 'communication' page is blank. In any event the faxes aren't going.

    If tried rebooting the external fax modem and restarting the TLD service in various combinations but still no joy.
    Any ideas ?
