undistributed folder shows 20 unread messages but some users can't view them.

Hi,

I'm new to Tobit and last week i enabled the webbox for some users. After that these users are having problems with viewing messages in the the Undistributed folder. Undistributed shows 22 unread messages but i can't see them.

What can i do?
